# Source note — Australia COVID inquiry call

Research date: 18 September 2026.

## Submitted source and capture
- Submitted URL (preserved): https://youtu.be/Kprmb3CdUn4?is=PqC_OY3Zw6cWQ0qk
- Canonical video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kprmb3CdUn4
- Title: *mRNA and new cancers*. Channel: Dr. John Campbell.
- yt-dlp metadata records upload date 16 September 2026 and duration 1,372 seconds. Automatic captions extend approximately two seconds past that duration; timestamps are approximate.
- Full metadata and timestamped automatic captions were captured successfully. Public metadata is deliberately reduced to source-identification fields; temporary streaming URLs and downloader environment information are not published.
- The original YouTube video is embedded/linked, not rehosted. Its thumbnail is a source illustration, not an independent medical finding.
- Video description links fuller recordings: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cGe8p8v2LNQ&t=1858s and https://www.youtube.com/live/klEER4Nt9uM . Those source-chain links are not a claim that every statement in the longer recordings has been reviewed.
- No existing public HTML article in the local PBC tree contained this exact video ID. Related August Dalgleish reviews are cross-linked rather than treated as duplicates of this new event.

## Evidence method
The source is testimony/advocacy. Statements were compared with primary case reports, the 2026 cardiac preprint, a small immune-response study, observational-study limitations, regulator reporting and oncology guidance. This is a focused review, not a systematic review, a new statistical analysis or independent laboratory validation.

The likely cardiac source is Hulscher et al., Zenodo record 22677693, version 1, posted 9 September 2026 and labelled preprint. The exact paper is not named in the spoken transcript, so the match remains likely rather than certain. The original 33-page PDF was read, including vaccination/treatment timeline, section 2.8.1 and discussion. The method explicitly did not assess genomic integration. The booster postdated both diagnosis and the resection used for tissue analysis. The authors' causal interpretation is their interpretation, not an established finding adopted by PBC.

The 2021 Goldman lymphoma report concerns pre-existing biopsy-confirmed disease. It cannot be dismissed simply as routine reactive lymph-node swelling; neither can it establish a general cancer effect. The 2022 Benitez Fuentes study found mixed spike-specific responses after a third dose in 36 cancer patients, not universal antitumour immune failure.

The 2025 bladder-cancer publication was reviewed at publisher record/abstract level; no independent sequence reanalysis was performed. The 2025 Korean study carries an editor's investigation notice, not a retraction. TGA's October 2024 DNA statement predates both newer tissue reports. Older NCI vaccine-scheduling material is not used as current dosing advice.

## Review limits
- Individual patients in McCann's speech were not independently medically adjudicated here.
- The video's young-person mortality chart was not reconstructed.
- Viral-origin, protein-homology, every adverse-event number, and historical thalidomide comparisons were not separately exhaustively reviewed; no broad 'all claims checked' assertion is made.
- Possible rare subgroup or delayed effects are not categorically excluded. Published case reports, a mechanistic possibility and temporal sequence do not establish population-level causation.
- No advice to stop treatment, use unapproved cancer drugs or change a personal vaccine schedule is offered.

## Australian event, court and law findings
The Juniors Kingsford venue page advertises a 10 September event expressly calling for a Royal Commission. It is advocacy, not a statutory inquiry finding. The official venue capture was retrieved successfully on this research date before a later direct retry returned 403.

Federal Court file NSD349/2023 and the official judicial sources are documented in the companion JudgeWatch source note: https://canadianjudges.ca/research/australia-mccann-vaccine-class-action-court-source-trail-2026-09-18/source-note.md . Justice Katzmann made the April 2025 pleading order; Justice Owens is the later docket judge and was reported in July 2026 to have reserved a later summary-dismissal decision. No later official disposition was verified. Do not convert an open-file status or an interlocutory strike-out into a final merits outcome.

The National Health Act official 7 July 2026 compilation was retrieved in full. Section 132G(3) contains the 30 June 2022 sunset, while 132G(2)(b) preserves provision under another part of the Act or another law. The review did not trace every appropriation/agreement or determine legality of all later spending.

The official December 2025 PBAC outcome DOCX was downloaded and its XML text extracted. It records the first Comirnaty NIP recommendation, following May 2025 consideration. The recommendation includes specified groups aged 75+, 65–74, severely immunocompromised adults 18–64, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults 50–74, with cost/price qualifications. It is not a retrospective judicial finding or itself proof that the NIP listing was implemented. The July 2026 outcome document was also retrieved; absence of product-name hits in that document is not used to claim that no later discussion occurred.

## Public artifacts
- `video-metadata.json`: source identification and original description.
- `youtube-transcript.txt`: timestamped automatic captions, expressly labelled claims rather than verified findings.
- `claim-table.md`: evidence classifications.
- `source-extracts.json`: reviewed source summaries, not unfiltered comment threads.
