Full source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kprmb3CdUn4 0:01 I'd like to carry on reporting from the 0:03 conference in Sydney, Australia, 0:07 demanding a Royal Commission into the 0:10 disaster of the COVID management and 0:12 particularly the COVID vaccines. We've 0:15 already heard from Charlie Teio, 0:17 professor of neurosurgery, professor 0:18 Robert Clansancy, and myself on this who 0:22 all spoke at the conference, although 0:24 with me it was only online. Then we 0:26 heard from Angus Dal Gleas, a professor 0:29 of oncology and leading cancer doctor. 0:32 In fact, one of the world's leading 0:33 oncologists. And we've had him on the 0:35 program several times. And he talks 0:38 about people being mad, incompetent, or 0:40 negligent if they don't see the harms 0:41 done by COVID vaccines. Mad, 0:45 incompetent, or negligent. You might 0:47 want to add other things that are 0:48 possible there as well in the comments. 0:51 The link between mRNA vaccines and 0:53 cancer is now pretty well established 0:55 really. I mean, Professor Dles is 0:57 convinced that means I'm convinced. He 1:00 actually mentioned a heart tumor caused 1:02 by the vaccine. A heart tumor. I've 1:04 never seen a heart tumor in my entire 1:05 career. Very rare. And uh they also 1:08 found vaccine sequence in that heart 1:10 tumor when they looked at it. So this 1:12 this is really quite convincing 1:13 evidence. A lot of good evidence. And 1:16 professor Dlesia is one of the first to 1:18 point out some manufactured virus with a 1:21 positive charge that meant the uh the 1:24 spike protein could adhere to a lot of 1:27 receptors around the body as well as the 1:29 the A2 receptor. And he talks about 79% 1:33 human 1:35 homology. [snorts] So what he's saying 1:37 here is that 79% of the virus has got a 1:42 similar shape to human proteins, similar 1:46 homology to human proteins. 1:49 [snorts] And that means that the 1:50 antibodies that are produced to the 1:54 spike protein, 1:56 yes, they'll recognize the spike 1:58 protein. They're no good really because 1:59 that the the virus has already evolved 2:01 and moved on. But but they still um 2:04 produce antibodies to the spike protein 2:06 that you were injected with or or the 2:09 the recipe for the spike protein that 2:11 someone was injected with. But these 2:14 antibodies because of this similarity in 2:17 the shape of human tissues and the uh 2:19 the spike protein can latch onto human 2:21 tissues damaging human tissues. 2:25 and he's also convinced that the viruses 2:27 can go back into the genome. Now, this 2:30 is a particular problem because in the 2:32 genome we have some genes called enco 2:34 genes and they can stimulate cancers and 2:37 we have some called tumor suppressor 2:38 genes and they can damp cancers down. 2:42 So, if one of these sequences gets back 2:45 into your DNA into the genome, it could 2:48 stimulate an encoor gene or inhibit an 2:51 encoor gene. So both of those I think 2:54 you can see could potentially lead to 2:56 cancer. This is well as well as 2:57 inflammation and clotting and all the 2:59 other problems. Um I mean professor 3:02 Dowish rec recognizes an early stage you 3:04 can explain it physiological 3:06 physiologically reduced TE-C cell 3:08 response results in loss of cancer 3:10 control. His surgical colleagues have 3:14 reported similar things and he reports 3:16 on patients with multi multiple 3:17 primaries in the abdomen. In other 3:19 words, the cancer started in several 3:20 places all at the same time. This is all 3:22 really quite unusual, not in heard 3:24 unheard of, but very uncommon stuff. 3:26 Anyway, um do listen to him, let him 3:28 explain that. And after that, um I'm 3:30 going to uh let it run and we'll listen 3:32 to Dr. Melissa McCann, who's a very 3:34 courageous lady that I'd have 3:36 interviewed myself. Um 3:39 doctors warned not to speak, 3:42 doctors sent for re-education. It's it 3:44 sounds like something from the 1930s 3:47 in in Stalinist Russia or something. 3:51 persuasion and punishment of doctors and 3:52 then she talks about some terrible 3:54 examples and deaths after the covid 3:56 vaccines. So two excellent speakers uh 3:59 do give them a chance quite rapid 4:02 presentations because they didn't have 4:04 much time on the conference but if you 4:06 listen to Gus especially listen a couple 4:07 of times and uh you'll get more from it 4:11 the Melissa Macan one be particularly 4:13 interesting if you're interested in the 4:16 the Australia situation specifically but 4:18 with [snorts] applicability to 4:19 everything. So over to these great 4:21 speakers now. 4:24 [applause] 4:26 >> Thanks professor. It's now my pleasure 4:29 to introduce as our next witness 4:32 statement ameritus professor Angus Dal 4:36 Gleas. 4:37 [applause] 4:38 [music] 4:45 Thank you very much. Could I have the 4:47 first slide please? 4:51 waiting for it. I'm going to focus on 4:54 the the very strong link now between 4:56 messenger RNA vaccines and cancer which 4:59 has been vigorously denied uh that there 5:02 is no really good evidence. I'm going to 5:04 show you that there is a lot of good 5:06 evidence this um if you could just go go 5:09 back to this one. Yes. Now next slide 5:14 and next slide go straight to this one. 5:17 The se the virus was sequenced in early 5:20 2020 and it appeared uh in nature and it 5:25 was immediately obvious this virus was 5:27 basically manufactured. Next slide 5:29 please. 5:30 And uh we produced a paper we did uh 5:33 papers to the government. Everything 5:35 that this had come from the laboratory 5:37 and at the first paper we published 5:39 called Bac Biovac had to be disguised 5:43 because they didn't like the fact that 5:45 uh it was clearly evidently from the 5:47 laboratory because Fouchy had decided it 5:49 wasn't. Anyhow, I'm going to go on to 5:52 that in a minute. But with another 5:53 completely different group, we analyzed 5:56 the entire history of corona virus 5:58 vaccines. 20 years they've been trying 6:00 to make corona virus vaccines. Not only 6:03 has they never ever worked, but they 6:05 were highly dangerous in primates. Next 6:08 slide, please. 6:10 And I'm just showing you a picture that 6:12 basically proved that the inserts on 6:15 this uh virus uh gave it a very positive 6:19 charge that allowed it to bind to a lot 6:21 of other receptors other than the main 6:23 one, ACE. Next slide, please. 6:26 And the most important thing from this 6:29 was 79% of the protein had humanities 6:33 very strong to platelet factor 4 and to 6:36 uh myelin and even on the MH website 6:40 they have these are recognized side 6:43 effects of the vaccine but rare no next 6:46 slide please 6:49 now apart from the ability to enhance 6:51 inflammation and clotting I want to just 6:53 point out there was no specific IC uh 6:56 cancer signal at the time and this is 7:00 where I came in that when they started 7:02 the boosters I've been running a clinic 7:04 with melanoma patients for getting on 7:07 for two decades and I noticed that 7:10 patients were relapsing that had been 7:12 stable for years and I asked why and the 7:16 only thing they'd had in common was 7:18 they'd had booster vaccines from their 7:19 GP. I had told them to avoid it but the 7:22 GPS overruled me. Next slide please. 7:25 And the reason for this we felt was most 7:28 likely to be due to the fact that the 7:31 TE-C cell response was being interfered 7:33 with and we showed that to be a case but 7:36 Benetus Fentes and his colleagues showed 7:39 even better. They showed that the 7:41 booster vaccine boosted the antibodies 7:44 next slide which were useless because 7:47 they were after a virus which had 7:49 mutated and gone but reduced the TE-C 7:52 cell response. Next slide please. 7:56 And that the number of vaccinated 7:58 individuals demonstrated T- cell 8:00 activation despite base vaccines was 8:03 greatly reduced. Next slide please. 8:07 This was really quite incredible because 8:09 if you really reduce the TE-C cell 8:11 response, you're going to lose control 8:13 of cancers that are controlled by the 8:16 TE-C cell system. And I published this 8:19 in the BMJ 8:21 and online and it disappeared. But after 8:25 it had disappeared, obviously a lot of 8:27 people had read it because they 8:28 contacted me and they told me they what 8:31 they were seeing. Now James Royal, a 8:33 surgeon in the north of England 8:35 basically told me, next slide please, 8:38 that he had been seeing everything was 8:40 different and very interesting from 8:42 other people. He was seeing uh scans 8:45 with clots, thrombotic events, etc. and 8:48 bleeds. And then he was seeing new 8:51 cancers. Next slide, please. And he was 8:55 seeing cancers that one or three years 8:58 ago would have been completely curative, 9:00 but they were they were presenting stage 9:03 four instead of stage one. And some of 9:05 them with multiple sites, so there were 9:08 more than one primary in the abdomen. 9:10 Next slide, please. 9:13 So essentially we had something that was 9:15 called turbo cancer but even this has 9:18 been censored. We had to call them um 9:21 hyper progressive cancers. I'm going to 9:24 call them turbo cancers because it's a 9:26 new biological behavior. Very aggressive 9:28 rapid progression. They don't respond to 9:31 the majority of treatments even 9:33 ivormectin and forendol presenting with 9:36 really late stage and synchronous 9:39 cancers. So you might even get more than 9:42 one primary in a patient. They relapse 9:46 post treatment and remission and they're 9:47 very young and increased proportion and 9:50 inoperable. Next slide please. 9:53 And because of this 9:56 the hope accord was signed uh was put 9:59 forward and signed to ban these 10:01 messenger RNA vaccines because we 10:03 thought there was something else going 10:05 on. I just wanted to point this is 10:06 nearly four years ago. this such a 10:09 strong signal nothing happened. Next 10:11 slide please. 10:13 And what I want just to show you that as 10:15 the as the uh time went on the more 10:18 people were vaccinated the more likely 10:20 they were to get uh the COVID and the 10:22 more likely they were to get cardiac 10:24 conditions uh autoimmunity and cancer. 10:28 Next slide please. And there you have 10:30 the cancer. This is a US one and our 10:33 data in the UK is very similar. sudden 10:36 rise in death trends from um cancers in 10:39 young people between 15 and 44. You can 10:42 see that there's a sudden inflection. 10:45 This should have been a red card. Ban 10:46 these vaccines, ban them, ban the 10:48 technology. Next slide, please. And I 10:51 wanted to point out that uh even that 10:54 two years ago with Ian Bright Hope uh 10:56 and all the data we did policy 10:59 recommendations, I'm just giving you the 11:01 magnum uh the magnitude of the failure. 11:03 We wanted an immediate moratorium and a 11:05 royal commission in order to do this. 11:08 Nothing's been done. Next slide, please. 11:11 And the mass roll out uh we had said 11:14 there was no long-term adequate testing 11:16 and uh the suppression of adverse 11:18 outcomes. This is completely unethical. 11:21 Again, should be stopped. Next slide, 11:22 please. 11:24 And just back to turbo cancer. I'm going 11:26 to finish off with this because this is 11:28 real. But I want to show you the next 11:30 slide 11:31 because it is really quite incredible. 11:33 It's an anecdote. It's a doctor with 11:36 lymphoma. Look, on the 8th of September, 11:39 he had a PET scan to see how he was 11:41 going. On the 22nd of September, he had 11:44 to have a vaccine booster cuz he was at 11:46 risk and his nodes just swelled. So, 11:51 they repeated a PET scan. And you can 11:54 see by the 30th September, every single 11:57 one of his nodes has increased. and a 11:58 whole load more had appeared. We're 12:01 seeing this again and again and again. 12:04 And only today I was sent a report of 12:07 somebody who had a booster vaccine had a 12:11 uh tumor in his heart had to have the 12:14 tumor in the heart removed and the 12:15 vaccine sequence was in this tumor in 12:18 the heart as it has been in many others. 12:20 Next slide please. And I'm going to uh 12:24 just go on straight way to the next 12:26 slide because uh these people Angus and 12:30 I'll not me um basically put together 12:34 that it's not just the immune response 12:37 that's in charge of this. Is this a 12:39 complicated slide? There's lots of it 12:41 and I'm going to finish actually on this 12:43 slide even though we have added to this. 12:46 We found so many mechanisms but I'm just 12:48 going to sum it up. Apart from complete 12:51 perturbation suppression of the immune 12:54 system, these messenger RNA vaccines are 12:59 vax genes. They insert themselves into 13:03 your genome. They can go to every single 13:05 site and you cannot control them. I have 13:09 spoken to people who spent two decades 13:11 working on these genes and they've given 13:12 up. It's like hering cats. They insert 13:15 at random. They can insert next to an 13:18 gene. turn it on. And to my mind, it's 13:22 even more worrying is they can turn 13:24 insert near a suppressor gene and switch 13:27 it off. So that means that the potential 13:30 for lots of new cancers while we 13:32 continue to vaccinate with these things 13:35 is astronomical. 13:37 So I'm running out of time. So I'm 13:39 basically just going to stop there and 13:41 say the evidence is so overwhelming you 13:44 would have to be completely mad, 13:47 incompetent or negligent not to stop 13:49 this immediately. And that message we 13:52 gave in 22. 13:53 >> Thank you. [applause] 14:02 >> Well, thanks very much, Professor. 14:04 I I think there was a quote that 14:06 Professor Dale Leash said yesterday and 14:08 I might be getting it a bit wrong, but 14:10 he said, "I think I'd rather take my 14:12 chances standing next to a leaking 14:14 nuclear reactor." [laughter] 14:21 Witness statement number four from one 14:23 of our experts, Dr. Melissa McCann. 14:26 [applause] 14:33 Well, I joined the call for a Royal 14:35 Commission into CO because Australia's 14:37 pandemic management departed 14:38 dramatically from established 14:40 guidelines, from accepted practice and 14:42 legislative safeguards. And 14:43 extraordinary government action demands 14:45 extraordinary scrutiny. But a royal 14:48 commission will not compensate those 14:49 injured by co vaccines. And this is why 14:51 our class action also remains vital. 14:53 Now, our case is currently awaiting 14:55 judgment on an application for summary 14:56 dismissal, which is an attempt to end it 14:59 before we even reach trial. And the 15:01 respondents were essentially the leaders 15:02 of Australia's COVID vaccine program, 15:04 the head of the TGA, Secretary for 15:06 Health, Chief Medical Officer, and 15:08 Health Minister. And they say that their 15:10 actions were reasonable in an 15:11 unprecedented worldwide pandemic. But 15:14 pandemic management was not some novel 15:16 science. Australia already had a 15:19 nationally developed pandemic plan later 15:21 adopted for co in February of 2020 and 15:24 that plan said Australia was 15:25 wellprepared. It required a 15:28 proportionate response and stated that 15:30 it was likely the pandemic would be 15:31 managed entirely without a vaccine 15:34 instead relying upon hygiene PPE and 15:37 protection of those most at risk. Now, 15:39 the strong ethical framework required 15:42 that responses should be proportionate 15:43 to the risk, should uphold individual 15:46 liberty, and should minimize social 15:47 disruption. Compare that to what 15:50 followed. We were led to believe there 15:52 was no way to escape the pandemic unless 15:54 everyone was vaccinated. Proportionality 15:57 gave way to prolonged lockdowns, 15:59 curfews, and restrictions on healthy 16:01 people. Individual liberty gave way to 16:04 extraordinary intrusions upon 16:06 fundamental human rights, including 16:08 vaccine mandates. Now, doctors were 16:11 subjected to unprecedented regulatory 16:13 oversight. Restrictions were imposed on 16:15 prescribing and practitioners were 16:17 warned against expressing opinions 16:19 contrary to government vaccination 16:21 policy. I experienced this personally. 16:24 After speaking publicly and truthfully 16:27 about co vaccine side effects, I 16:29 received a caution from ARPA and the 16:31 medical board and was required to 16:32 undergo re-education on the co vaccines. 16:37 Now, when did the proper response to 16:39 legitimate scientific disagreement 16:41 become the pursuit and punishment of 16:43 those asking difficult questions? 16:46 Now the respondents also emphasized that 16:48 they were not responsible for vaccine 16:49 mandates and most mandates were indeed 16:52 enacted through state and territory 16:54 powers but Minister Hunt announced 16:56 mandatory vaccination for aged care 16:58 workers following national cabinet 16:59 agreement and itachi advice. The 17:02 Commonwealth Constitution limits federal 17:04 power concerning medical services 17:06 through its prohibition on civil 17:08 conscription. So the mandates were then 17:10 instead implemented through state and 17:12 territory powers. And to say afterwards 17:15 we did not mandate anything is an 17:17 extraordinary narrow description of what 17:19 occurred. And at daily press briefings 17:22 Australia were told Australians were 17:23 told that the virus would hunt down the 17:25 unvaccinated. 17:27 We were encouraged to pressure reluctant 17:29 family and friends to get the jab and 17:31 freedom became conditional upon 17:33 vaccination targets 80 85 90%. National 17:37 financial arrangements provided 17:39 Commonwealth funding to the states and 17:41 territories per vaccine dose delivered 17:44 and whatever justification is advanced 17:46 for this arrangement financial 17:48 incentives and public health coercion 17:50 are an unacceptable combination. 17:53 But there there was another fundamental 17:55 question under what legislative 17:58 authority was this enormous program 17:59 being funded? Australia already had a 18:02 statutory mechanism for government 18:04 funded vaccines and under section 9B of 18:07 the National Health Act. The minister 18:08 may provide designated vaccines with the 18:10 PBAC or pharmaceutical benefits advisory 18:13 committee performing a statutory role to 18:15 make a recommendation after considering 18:18 effectiveness and costs of the vaccines. 18:20 And the minister may not provide 18:22 vaccines without this PBAC 18:24 recommendation. But the COVID vaccine 18:26 sat entirely outside of this framework. 18:28 And then in September of 21, Parliament 18:31 enacted section 132G authorizing the 18:34 minister to provide co vaccines 18:36 including retrospectively covering 18:38 purchase arrangements entered before 18:40 this provision commenced and the power 18:42 expired on 30th of June 22. So what was 18:46 the legal basis for Commonwealth 18:47 expenditure after that date? And was it 18:50 proper to commence a multi-billion 18:52 dollar taxpayer taxpayer funded 18:54 pharmaceutical program and only later 18:56 legislate to authorize it, particularly 18:58 when it was outside of the express 19:00 requirements for the minister? Now 5 19:03 years later, co vaccines are 19:04 transitioning to the national 19:06 immunization program and in May of 26 19:08 were finally reviewed by the PBAC. 19:11 and look at the risk stratified 19:13 population targeted for commonwealth 19:15 funded vaccination following the PBAC 19:18 process recommendation is only for the 19:20 elderly at risk and imunocmpromised 19:24 imagine if this risk stratified approach 19:26 had governed the program from the 19:27 beginning as it ought to have consider 19:29 the difference for Ree a 19:31 physiootherapist in his 20s he developed 19:33 myocarditis endstage heart failure after 19:36 vaccination suffered multiple cardiac 19:38 arrests and eventually underwent heart 19:39 transplant and Caitlyn who was a third 19:43 healthy 23 year old woman. She developed 19:46 histologically demonstrated myocarditis 19:48 and died suddenly at work within weeks 19:50 of vaccination. 19:51 And Tony was a healthy man in his 40s. 19:53 He developed de debilitating fatigue and 19:56 cognitive dysfunction and can no longer 19:58 work or lead a normal life. There are 20:00 thousands of others and none of them 20:03 would have had the vaccines if this 20:04 program had been appropriately 20:06 constrained from the outset. These are 20:08 not statistics. These are human beings 20:10 whose lives were devastated. 20:13 Now, the respondents say they 20:14 acknowledge that vaccine side effects 20:16 occurred and they point to the 20:18 Commonwealth compensation scheme. I will 20:20 leave it to others to discuss this 20:22 limited, inadequate, and frankly 20:24 offensive scheme. The more important 20:26 question is what our regulatory system 20:28 was designed to do before this harm 20:30 occurred because we have confronted this 20:32 problem before. In 1961, theomide was 20:35 withdrawn after causing catastrophic 20:36 birth defects. Australia then had no 20:39 system for evaluating medicines for 20:41 safety before they went to market. And 20:43 the TJ itself says this tragedy 20:45 ultimately led to our modern regulatory 20:47 system. America largely escaped that 20:49 tragedy because one FDA regulator, 20:51 Francis Kelsey, refused to approve for 20:54 litomide. She did not have proof that it 20:56 caused birth defects, but she had 20:58 insufficient evidence that it was safe 21:00 and some concerning pre-approval data of 21:02 the animal studies. Precisely the same 21:04 as could be said of the co vaccines. And 21:07 this is really all our legal case is 21:08 arguing. Was safety and efficacy 21:10 adequately established for the purposes 21:12 for which these vaccines were approved 21:14 as required by section 25C of the 21:17 therapeutic goods act. So what did our 21:19 regulators know? By January of 21, 21:22 deaths following vaccination were being 21:23 reported amongst frail elderly people. 21:25 By March, serious and sometimes fatal 21:28 clotting syndromes had emerged following 21:30 Astroenica vaccination. Katie was a 21:33 healthy, vibrant actress in her 30s with 21:35 her life ahead of her. She died 21:37 following vaccine induced thrombosis. 21:39 Her family was left with their grief and 21:41 a little over $60,000 from the 21:43 compensation scheme. The safety report 21:45 subsequently contained a multitude of 21:47 serious events and signals in the 21:49 clinical trial group, including reported 21:51 confirmed cases of deaths due to 21:53 myocarditis and cardiac arrests in 21:55 children. Yet doctors and patients were 21:58 frequently reassured that any event not 22:00 accepted by the TGA was simply not a 22:03 vaccine side effect. And so these 22:05 experts tonight will examine the 22:07 science, safety data, and regulatory 22:09 approvals in more detail. But I would 22:11 like to leave you all with a simpler 22:13 question. Look at what these decision 22:15 makers knew and the powers that they 22:16 exercised. Look at the doctors who were 22:18 silenced and the people who were 22:20 coerced. And most importantly, look at 22:22 the people who were injured. and then 22:24 decide for yourself. Was this a 22:26 government acting reasonably, 22:28 proportionately, and consistently with 22:29 its duty to protect the health and 22:31 rights of Australians? Or does what 22:33 happened demand the most comprehensive 22:35 public inquiry that Australia can 22:37 undertake? That is why we need a royal 22:40 commission and why our case must be 22:41 heard. Please support our legal action 22:44 if you can. [applause] 22:48 >> Thanks, Dr. McCann. [applause] Well,
