0:00 Canada's waking up to the reality that 0:01 many of its citizens were injured by the 0:03 COVID-19 vaccines. 0:06 Many of those injured were members of 0:08 the Canadian Armed Forces. 0:10 The mandates, which were deemed to be 0:12 illegal for the Canadian Armed Forces, 0:14 have caused disarray and a loss of 0:17 morale for many of its soldiers. 0:20 I'm going to have the honor of being 0:21 able to report live from the Allison 0:24 Inquiry, September 8th to 11th, live on 0:27 this channel. 0:29 I'm re-releasing an episode that I did 3 0:31 years ago relating to the fact that a 0:34 briefing note was released that forced 0:36 all Canadian Armed Forces members to get 0:38 the vaccine. 0:39 This is relevant now because we need to 0:41 know how we got to this point and what 0:43 we need to do moving forward. 0:45 So, 0:46 in order to be able to watch and tune in 0:48 live, make sure to like, subscribe, and 0:50 turn on the bell notification for this 0:52 channel. And make sure to go to the link 0:54 in the description for the Allison 0:56 Inquiry to get all the information so 0:57 that you can be up to date on this very 1:00 important Canadian event. 1:02 The Canadian Armed Forces has really 1:04 screwed the pooch on this one, and in my 1:07 hand I'm holding a briefing note from a 1:10 ATIP request that is freaking glowing. 1:13 It's so radioactive. Stay tuned to what 1:15 I'm talking about and how this relates 1:17 to the COVID mandates that at then 1:19 imposed on the Canadian Armed Forces and 1:21 what it means for you long-term. All 1:23 right, folks, I wanted to do this 1:25 episode for a while, and 1:28 I've been putting it off because 1:30 I have a hard time wrapping my head 1:32 around the level of corruption that is 1:34 going on in our own government, and I 1:35 wanted to do it justice, but I think my 1:37 hand has been forced to put this out 1:39 because of the 1:41 events and the news reports that are 1:43 coming out fast and furious. 1:47 And I think it's only 1:49 responsible to be doing it now. 1:52 Part of me, during the whole COVID 1:54 thing, 1:55 I lost a part of myself during that. I 1:57 went down a deep dark hole because 2:00 going into COVID, I believed that the 2:04 government had our best interests in 2:06 mind. 2:07 Coming out on the other side of the 2:09 COVID crisis, 2:10 I no longer have that belief. 2:13 And that is something that has 2:14 underpinned my entire life. It's why I 2:17 joined the forces. It's why I went to 2:19 war. 2:20 I truly believed 2:23 in whatever Canada represented. 2:26 And unfortunately, I do not anymore. 2:30 But on the bright side of that, I'm 2:32 hoping that bringing things to light, 2:35 exposing corruption where it needs to be 2:37 exposed, 2:39 and holding the standard 2:41 that we once held of dignity, honor, and 2:43 respect. 2:45 During the COVID crisis, 2:48 I started out timid. And this is not 2:50 going to be so bad. It's 2 weeks. Why 2:52 would the government want to go ahead 2:53 and 2:54 try and screw us over? 2:56 Why would the government have somebody 2:58 else's interests in mind? I was still 3:00 naive to the fact that 3:04 the best interests of its citizens are 3:06 not its priority. 3:08 And so, let's get right into what is 3:10 going on now, and then we'll get into 3:15 what I have in my hand right now, 3:17 which makes this so troubling. 3:20 Okay. So, 3:21 the first thing that just came out 3:23 was 3:24 the The Epoch Times. 3:27 The Epoch Times, and I'm sure this is 3:29 going to be in 3:31 some of the mainstream media, but it's 3:33 definitely not going to be on page one, 3:34 just FYI. 3:36 Exclusive: Canadian military's COVID 3:39 vaccine mandate violated charter rights, 3:41 grievance review committee finds. 3:44 This, in and of itself, is a massive 3:47 bombshell. 3:49 Here in Canada, if you're American and 3:51 you're listening to this, 3:53 the Charter of Rights is the highest law 3:56 of the land. 3:57 It's 3:59 technically 4:01 one step below God. 4:04 The right of the individual was 4:06 enshrined in law. 4:08 The only issue is that if you break 4:11 these, {quote} {unquote}, laws, 4:13 it's not punishable criminally. So, one 4:16 thing I respect about the Americans so 4:17 much is that their 4:20 Bill of Rights 4:21 and the Constitution 4:23 are documents you will die for. Here in 4:26 Canada, ours weren't born out of blood. 4:28 So, we have a different perspective of 4:30 them. 4:31 And therefore, they were able to be 4:32 trounced upon and discarded 4:36 as if they didn't matter. And this is so 4:39 distressing because if we are not a 4:42 country that abides by the rule of law, 4:45 the highest law in the land, then what 4:47 are we? 4:48 And just to read a little bit of this 4:50 report, "A military administrative 4:51 tribunal has found the Canadian Armed 4:53 Forces CAF COVID-19 vaccine mandate 4:55 violated the charter rights of members 4:57 who refused vaccination and said the 4:59 policy was arbitrary in some aspects and 5:01 overly broad. 5:03 I conclude that the limitation of the 5:06 grievor's right to liberty and security 5:08 of the person by the Canadian Armed 5:10 Forces vaccination policy is not in 5:11 accordance with the principles of 5:13 fundamental justice because the policy 5:15 in some respects is arbitrary, overly 5:18 broad, and disproportionate", wrote Nina 5:20 Frid of the Military Grievances External 5:22 Review Committee on May 30th decision. 5:25 "Therefore, I conclude that the 5:27 grievor's rights protected under section 5:29 7 were infringed." 5:31 So, what this means is that 5:34 he who commanded this committed 5:39 a serious 5:41 breach of the Charter of Rights. 5:45 And it says so here. And who could that 5:47 be that actually made this order that 5:50 said, "Yes, let's go with the mandate?" 5:53 Well, that's the Chief of Defence Staff, 5:55 General Wayne Eyre. 5:57 In this document, it makes it clear 5:59 General Eyre issued an unlawful command. 6:04 The remedy for this is that 6:06 as Fred says, the CAF should declare 6:08 that all CDS directives surrounding 6:10 COVID-19 vaccination are 6:13 invalid as well as rescind all 6:15 administrative actions against members 6:17 as a result of the directives. Some 6:19 grievers also request apologies from the 6:21 CDS for the infringement on their 6:23 fundamental rights. It is left to the 6:25 CDS to issue such an apology if he 6:27 believes it is appropriate to do so. 6:31 Okay. 6:32 I guess the ball is in the CDS's court 6:34 now. 6:35 The CDS is not a stupid man. 6:38 And I I know he knew that he was 6:40 breaking the law because I have the 6:42 documents right here. 6:45 So, therefore, he willingly 6:47 broke the law to 6:50 initiate a punitive action against his 6:53 own troops. 6:54 I cannot imagine a worse situation for 6:58 the Canadian Armed Forces where the 6:59 highest military officer 7:03 is going after its own members 7:06 based on an illegal order. 7:10 How do you generate trust 7:13 and ensure morale from here on out? 7:16 Yes, the title is COVID-19 vaccination 7:18 requirements for the CAF. 7:21 And the intent of this briefing note is 7:22 to provide the CDS with blended advice 7:24 from medical and then redacted 7:28 for the CAF to meet the strategic 7:29 objectives of reference A. The advice is 7:31 guided by the best available scientific 7:33 and medical evidence with consideration 7:34 for force health protection operations 7:36 and readiness levels. 7:39 Para 4, assuming the COVID-19 vaccine 7:41 intentions of the CAF population are 7:42 reflective of Canadian society, upwards 7:44 of 88% of CAF members may be willing to 7:46 be vaccinated based on recent polling 7:48 data. That said, it is important to be 7:49 mindful of previous CAF vaccination 7:51 campaigns, including H1N1 campaign 7:53 campaign, which yielded lower vaccine 7:55 uptake than expected. 7:58 Options. During the course of the 7:59 analysis, the following spectrum of 8:01 options have been considered. 8:03 A, no formal requirement for 8:04 vaccination, which is the current 8:06 approach. 8:07 Vaccination as a requirement for 8:09 deployment. Vaccination as a requirement 8:11 for all expeditionary operations. 8:12 Vaccination as a requirement driven by 8:14 force readiness levels, and vaccination 8:16 as a requirement to meet universality of 8:18 service for all CAF members. 8:20 Now, I highlighted this one, para six, 8:23 medical. The global pursuit of achieving 8:26 protection from COVID-19 and of 8:27 mitigating the impacts of the disease 8:29 through vaccination remains in its early 8:30 stages. The extent of which these 8:32 vaccines protect a recipient against 8:34 serious illness from COVID-19 is un- 8:37 known. 8:40 They knew. But what were they telling 8:41 us? No, no, no, no, it's safe and 8:43 effective. They're going to stop the 8:44 transmission. 8:45 Yeah, you you'll be good to go. You just 8:47 need to get it. 8:48 So, that's funny. They knew it was 8:49 unknown. 8:51 Oh. But we were 8:53 told that we were crazy if we said we 8:54 don't know what the 8:56 Without sufficient evidence that 8:57 vaccines eliminate transmission of the 8:59 virus, 9:00 PHMs and quarantine protocols will 9:02 continue to be required. 9:05 Huh. 9:07 And then para eight, vaccination is 9:09 considered a medical intervention. It is 9:11 a professional, legal, and ethical 9:12 responsibility of health care providers 9:14 to ensure that the process of informed 9:16 consent is followed prior to any medical 9:19 intervention. Informed consent means 9:21 that the patient must voluntarily affirm 9:24 their consent, must have had the 9:26 capacity to consent, and that said 9:28 consent was fully informed. 9:31 It should be noted that informed consent 9:33 is an ongoing process, 9:37 wherein an individual elect to revoke 9:39 their consent at any moment. 9:43 All right, moving on to para 17. 9:47 Options centered on mandatory 9:48 vaccination of CAF members presents 9:51 challenges in the public environment 9:52 given ongoing litigation related to 9:54 previous CAF requirements around 9:56 mefloquine. Trust had been broken years 10:00 ago in Afghanistan, in Bosnia, all the 10:04 places in Africa where we were deployed 10:07 and dudes got mefloquine poison. There's 10:10 a massive class action lawsuit. So, when 10:13 the government and the military is like, 10:14 "Here, take this drug, troop." And 10:15 you're like, "Wait, hold on a sec. All 10:17 those guys that went crazy? How do I 10:19 know that this isn't going to [ __ ] me 10:20 up?" "Shut the [ __ ] up, take your 10:22 medicine." I don't know about that. You 10:24 said that before. I know that there's a 10:26 problem with the other one. Maybe I 10:28 don't want to take this one. 10:30 Oh, boy, did you guys [ __ ] the bed 10:34 again? What a surprise. I'm glad this 10:37 was in here. Options sort of required 10:39 vaccination to meet universality of 10:41 service may still be perceived as 10:43 mandatory given perceived career 10:44 consequences for those who are hesitant 10:47 or resistant. 10:49 It's in the briefing note. You can't 10:51 say, "Oh, well, I didn't know." 10:54 You're coercing your troops to do 10:57 something that they don't want. They've 10:59 already said, "Yeah, I give my life to 11:03 king, country 11:05 for the duration of my time here. I'm 11:08 serving my country." Respect the 11:12 service. 11:13 Don't coerce them to do anything outside 11:17 of serving. Giving orders is one thing. 11:20 Coercing them to sacrifice their own 11:23 health from something that may not 11:26 provide any benefit is a very, very 11:29 troubling thing. 11:31 So, therefore, yeah, if you had a little 11:34 bit of hesitancy, you were absolutely 11:36 right. And the government and the CAF 11:38 knew. 11:40 So, moving on. 11:42 There was a bunch of options that were 11:43 presented, which I think were pretty 11:45 interesting. 11:47 The options that were presented to 11:49 General Eyre. 11:51 There was option A, B, and C. Option A, 11:55 a bunch of redacted stuff. This option 11:56 would benefit from a pro-proactive 11:58 COVID-19 vaccination outreach program 12:00 led by the Canadian Forces Health, where 12:01 CAF members would be required to attend 12:03 information sessions and afforded the 12:05 opportunity to refuse vaccination in a 12:07 private 12:09 setting. Okay. Option B, the requirement 12:11 for COVID-19 vaccination for specific 12:13 task locations and or missions would be 12:15 established through an evidence-based 12:16 risk assessment. The focus would include 12:18 domestic and expeditionary operations, 12:20 as well as out-of-country postings. With 12:21 this option, CAF members who are not 12:23 vaccinated against COVID-19 would be 12:24 assessed as not meeting the requirement 12:26 for a specific task appointment and or 12:27 posting. The potential career and 12:29 follow-on financial impact of these 12:31 instances would increase members' 12:32 willingness to accept the COVID-19 12:33 vaccine. 12:34 Though this could increase members' 12:36 willingness to accept the vaccine, this 12:37 could be perceived as coercion on some 12:39 level. Or conversely, the CAF could be 12:41 perceived as offering financial career 12:42 incentives for those CAF members willing 12:44 to accept vaccination. Yet, this 12:45 approach would align with current 12:46 practice related to other CAF medical 12:48 interventions, such as vaccination 12:49 against yellow fever for operations in 12:51 select locations. Option C and D, this 12:53 would be CAF members ordered to receive 12:55 COVID-19 vaccinations based on 12:56 requirement of all expeditionary or 12:58 domestic operations or force readiness 12:59 levels 13:00 respectively. 13:02 Option E, this would see CAF members 13:04 ordered to receive COVID-19 vaccinations 13:06 as a requirement for universality of 13:07 service. Basically, if you don't get it, 13:09 you're out. 13:10 So, the recommendation was option B. So, 13:12 currently, there's no supporting 13:13 evidence to suggest that there is a need 13:15 for all CAF members to be vaccinated. 13:17 Therefore, implying that this is 13:18 required clients with the universality 13:20 of service is a bonafide occupational 13:22 requirement at this time would be 13:24 incorrect. Based on the limited data 13:26 available on the authorized COVID-19 13:28 vaccines, it is recommended that there 13:29 be no formal requirement for the 13:31 vaccination of CAF members except in 13:34 prospective circumstances where a member 13:36 is to be deployed. So, the conclusion, 13:38 in all circumstances the CAF COVID-19 13:40 immunization campaign needs to be guided 13:42 by the best scientific and medical 13:43 evidence justified by clear rationale, 13:45 administered in accordance with best 13:47 medical practices. 13:50 To the extent to which the current 13:52 available vaccines protect a recipient 13:53 against serious illness from COVID-19 is 13:55 currently unknown. 13:57 And that unknown again. But, they were 14:00 so sure they were safe and effective. 14:04 Until more data and evidence is 14:05 available that allows for the 14:06 understanding of the effectiveness, 14:07 reduction in in 14:09 infectivity, and duration of immunity 14:11 for each of the of available vaccines, 14:14 public health ministers and quarantine 14:16 protocols should continue even in a 14:18 scenario with 100% CAF vaccine uptake, 14:20 which 14:22 that doesn't make any sense either, but 14:24 at least some of the stuff in here is 14:26 based in rationality. 14:28 And I have the signature here 14:31 approved by Lieutenant-General 14:35 ACDS 14:37 Wayne Eyre. 14:38 Signed 10 March 21 14:40 by him, right here. 14:42 Approved. Option B 14:45 was the one that was 14:48 approved. Okay? 14:50 Option B was the one approved in March. 14:55 Let that sink for a little bit. Option B 14:59 was 15:00 there's no supporting evidence to 15:02 suggest that there needs to be a vaccine 15:05 mandate. 15:06 And implying that this is required for 15:09 universality of service doesn't make any 15:11 sense. So, let's just go with the 15:13 current policy. We're doing pretty good. 15:15 Let's keep on rolling. 15:18 Well, that all changed in August 15:21 with this briefing note. 15:25 And from here, the CDS decided to go 15:28 ahead 15:30 and say, "Yeah, you know what? Everybody 15:32 needs to be vaccinated." Everybody. 15:36 Young, old, 15:38 even if you have religious 15:41 apprehensions, reasons for getting it, 15:44 medical reasons, 15:47 [ __ ] you, you're getting it. 15:48 Or you're out. 15:51 And that's, you know, the article that's 15:52 here, 15:54 it's, again, top general was warned 15:56 military's COVID vaccine mandate was 15:58 unnecessary, possibly illegal. 16:01 I I put a little mark here 16:03 just to kind of 16:05 go over one of the the things that kind 16:07 of blew me away in this one from August. 16:10 Current epidemiological modeling 16:11 suggests that there are lack strong 16:13 evidence to require vaccination of the 16:15 remaining percentage of unvaccinated CAF 16:17 members for the purpose of force health 16:19 protection, as there already exists a 16:21 high level of protection afforded by CAF 16:23 vaccine uptake rate. Additionally, 16:25 medical ethical restrictions prevent CAF 16:27 health services personnel from 16:29 administering vaccines without the 16:31 informed consent of the recipients. 16:33 Remember we talked about informed 16:34 consent? 16:36 Coercion of CAF members to accept 16:37 vaccination under threat of military 16:39 discipline would not constitute informed 16:41 consent. You done [ __ ] up, CDS. You 16:45 done [ __ ] up. 16:47 And this was published 16:49 October 24th, 2022. 16:51 This was in the National Post, 16:53 mainstream media. 16:57 So, this isn't 16:58 news to me. I saw this. I was like, 17:01 "Oh." What's news to me is that even in 17:04 March, 17:05 he was told, "Hey, 17:07 don't go ahead with this." 17:09 What changed 17:11 from him to approve in March not to go 17:14 ahead with a mandate to August to go 17:16 ahead with the mandate that he knew was 17:19 illegal. He knew it was illegal. 17:26 So, we always need to come back to the 17:27 question, key bono. 17:31 So, I'm searching and maybe you should, 17:34 too. 17:35 Let's fire up the ATIP request machine. 17:39 What document 17:42 convinced the CDS 17:46 or what meeting convinced the CDS 17:50 to flip-flop? 17:54 I can tell you right now, 17:55 military officers, having been one, 17:57 don't flip-flop. 17:58 So, the CDS knew this was an unlawful 18:01 order, but he carried it out anyways. 18:04 Now, we need to find out why. Was 18:08 What was his motivation 18:11 to 18:12 issue an unlawful order knowing that it 18:15 was unlawful? 18:17 That's where we have to get to the 18:18 bottom of this. This is part of the 18:20 corruption. This is part of the 18:21 infiltration of terrible ideologies into 18:24 the highest forms of government. I don't 18:26 know what to do about this, but it needs 18:28 to be exposed at some level. If you know 18:31 the answer, please reach out to me. But, 18:33 ultimately, those of you guys that have 18:35 been suffering under this 18:37 draconian totalitarian-like 18:40 regime and their mandates over the last 18:42 few years, the tide is turning. And 18:45 thank you for holding the line and 18:47 eating the [ __ ] because now the truth is 18:51 going to come to light. The tide is 18:52 turning and it's all because of you guys 18:54 holding the line and sticking to your 18:57 principles. And I honor you for that and 18:59 I respect the [ __ ] out of you. 19:02 So, that's it for me, guys. I hope you 19:03 enjoyed this episode. There's going to 19:04 be more to follow and I really hope that 19:07 this sheds a lot of light. So, make sure 19:08 to share this widely with your friends, 19:10 especially those that are on the fence 19:12 with this whole COVID-19 nonsense. We 19:15 need to make sure that the truth comes 19:17 out and not just surround it around 19:19 left-wing, right-wing politics. It has 19:21 nothing to do with that. The truth is 19:22 the truth. It's It's not your truth. 19:24 It's not my truth. It's the truth. So, 19:26 make sure it gets shared widely and I 19:28 hope to see you on the next one. Don't 19:30 forget to subscribe and like the 19:33 channel. All right, that's it for me. 19:34 Train hard, fight easy. See you on the 19:36 next one. Peace.
