## Bottom line

The strongest source-checkable part of the clip is real: the EU General Court did rule on 17 July 2024 that the Commission had not provided sufficiently wide access to COVID-19 vaccine purchase agreements, and that ruling landed one day before von der Leyen’s re-election vote. The text-message/Pfizer transparency dispute is also real and separately documented by the European Ombudsman and later court coverage.

The part PBC does **not** treat as proven is Anderson’s leap from transparency failures and allegations to a completed criminal corruption finding or broad vaccine-death conclusion. Those require separate official findings and medical evidence.
