- Public post: https://www.facebook.com/bennyjohnson/posts/pfbid0je93DWDKxVoy8y7JZuBQLAhuBsNH9s3cv4e7NcVtYigaqo4myxGZPUFanJTS52BWl
- The browser exposed the caption and author’s YouTube link. This was a photo post, not a Facebook-video capture. Caption expansion and source image were preserved privately.
- Linked YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRtju9wGzKQ ; uploaded2026-09-21;606seconds/10:06; Benny Johnson.
- Metadata and full automatic captions captured. Auto-captions have proper-name errors; published names checked against external sources. No MP4 rehosting, no full transcript/public raw-page reproduction.
- Facebook showed only a selected Most relevant subset of replies. Those comments are not a poll, and ordinary commenter names/text are not republished.
- Image review found a staged/digitally constructed-looking scene with a political victory headline. Exact production method was not established. It is not used as documentary election photography; the public hero is original PBC typography.

## Evidence sources
1. Euronews, September21,2026: https://www.euronews.com/my-europe/2026/09/21/germany-the-left-triumphs-in-berlin-as-afd-surges-in-mecklenburg-western-pomerania — state/ Berlin results and coalition context. This early projection is corroborated by later DPA/AFP reports; the article uses reported preliminary figures, not certified final totals.
2. DW: https://amp.dw.com/en/afd-makes-gains-in-state-elections-but-has-no-government-options/a-79348308 — accessible lead says AfD gained but was likely to remain in opposition in both states. Only the retrieved lead is relied on; not an invented coalition outcome.
3. Federal Chancellery: https://www.bundeskanzler.de/bk-en/federal-chancellery/election-of-the-federal-chancellor — Articles63,67 and69 distinguish federal chancellor selection/replacement from a state vote.
4. Federal Returning Officer: https://www.bundeswahlleiterin.de/en/service/glossar/n/neuwahl.html — constitutional routes to early federal election. Page marked updated July23,2026.
5. BBC, January13,2025: https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c62q937y029o — contemporaneous Riesa conference report documents broad Weidel border/repatriation proposals. Does not establish the source video’s exact all-benefits wording or current implementation.
6. European Parliament: https://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/press-room/20260611IPR45214/new-eu-system-for-return-of-illegally-staying-third-country-nationals — approval of returns legislation; human-rights protections, non-refoulement and prohibition of collective expulsions; further Council/publication steps described at release date. Later implementation was not independently established here.

## Scope and evidence limits
Real regional gains should not be minimized, but first place, a parliamentary majority, a coalition and national executive power are separate things. The social graphic’s generic resignation claim names no officeholder. September22 AFP reporting identifies CDU state chair Daniel Peters and general secretary Katy Hoffmeister as resigning; this is not a national socialist-government resignation. The video’s Merz-by-year-end passage is a prediction; its100-day agenda is a proposal, not proof of a government order. No new national deportation programme, Weidel chancellorship or automatic federal-election consequence is established by the state result.

The article does not endorse anti-immigrant, anti-African or anti-Muslim generalizations or verify every historical/economic statement in the video. It is not a claim that all other assertions have been disproved. The EU chant’s provenance was not verified. Foreign-born, asylum-applicant, lawful-resident and enforceable-return statuses must not be conflated.

A generic Facebook web extraction timed out; public browser access recovered the post and linked source. Publisher/official pages were read through extraction and/or direct HTTP, with private captures. Raw publisher HTML, full social imagery and comments remain private.

## Publication decision
No exact source-ID duplicate appeared in the fresh PBC search index. Existing earlier Saxony-Anhalt coverage concerns a different state vote; this is a distinct Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania/social-claim check. Article, Outside Canada/blog/home/archive placements, source artifacts, search/RSS/sitemap receive targeted deployment after fresh remote backup and concurrency checks.

Direct captured body read, plus independent page extraction. Exploratory talks are not a completed coalition agreement.

## Official-result access limits
The LAIV2026 results page was located at https://www.laiv-mv.de/Wahlen/Landtagswahlen/2026/Ergebnisse/ . Its downloadable CSV responses were placeholder/zero-count records in this retrieval, not usable final totals. A direct request for the preliminary-results PDF returned503HTML, although an extraction service returned preliminary seat-table text. The article therefore attributes vote shares to DPA/AFP and does not claim direct certification or publish derived seat totals. An HTTP200 CSV is not proof of usable election results.
