# Curated source note — 19 September 2026

Scope: critical review, not endorsement of the social post. Full video, full transcript, commenter identifiers, screenshots, original third-party chart, signed media URLs and raw pages remain private. Only selected paraphrases and sanitized metadata are public.

The graphic is a country-population treemap, not land area or a racial census. Matching of the original Visual Capitalist graphic to the captured 15-second frame used SIFT features and RANSAC, yielding 140 geometrically consistent inliers across the plot. This supports graphic identification, not publisher endorsement of the narration. The article is dated September 27, 2022; author Nick Routley, editing Avery Koop, design Christina Kostandi; stated source UN via Worldometer as of that date.

The global-minority observation is qualitative; no harmonized global White percentage is claimed. Exact European country/ethnic-group/language inventories were not verified. A single population snapshot cannot substantiate claims about all history, migration flows or exclusive belonging.

The Statistics Canada study verifies 26.5% racialized in 2021; do not subtract this to infer a White share. The detailed live Census Profile failed retrieval, so it is not represented as a table independently read. Primary study and Daily PDF texts were retrieved. UN sources distinguish the 2024 world estimate and the 2023 India/China crossover projection. The 2026 Census first-release date is February 10, 2027.
