## Editorial finding

The video/source is real. Its title and transcript frame the claim mainly as a COVID vaccine / mRNA / spike claim, not as clean proof that ordinary COVID infection alone causes cancer. COVID infection and the pandemic matter to cancer care in other ways: cancer patients are higher-risk for severe COVID, long-COVID and treatment disruption; pandemic delays harmed screening/diagnosis/treatment; and some mechanistic reviews discuss possible SARS-CoV-2/cancer pathways. Those are evidence lanes, not proof of a simple “COVID is the cause of cancer” claim.
