## Lead claim

A social post claims that 16-year-old Ukrainian refugee Liana was harassed/chased by a migrant, then killed on German train tracks; authorities allegedly called it suicide and closed the case; political pressure later proved she was murdered by an Iraqi migrant who had not been deported; and the court later sent him to psychiatric confinement instead of prison.
