## What I found on cost

- **No public all-in treatment price found.** The main NeuralCIM process/contact pages do not publish a medication or clinic-treatment price for NeuralCIM itself. They direct families to a consultation / eligibility process.
- **Coordinator/support-service price found:** NeuralCIM Medical Tourism lists a **Complete Support Package** at **US$1,000** during a listed offer, with a stated regular/comparison value of **US$1,799**, and a travel-support package at **US$1,000**. This appears to be a coordination/support fee — not necessarily the drug cost, clinic bill, travel, lodging, testing, or physician charges.
- **Cuba program pages:** Cubamed describes a minimum **28-day** Alzheimer’s treatment/rehabilitation program using NeuralCIM/NeuroEPO, but says the cost must be requested through its contact link.
- **For Cuban citizens:** Belly of the Beast / Dr. Bill Blanchet interview says the drug was approved by Cuba’s Ministry of Health and is **free for Cuban citizens**. This does not establish the price for foreign medical-tourism patients.

## Do you have to go to the clinic?

- The public NeuralCIM site says treatment is available through Cuba’s CIM / **La Pradera Clinic** and describes it as the only current facility where patients can access treatment.
- Their process requires medical-record review, translation, La Pradera neurologist/neuropsychiatrist evaluation, appointment and travel coordination, and medication availability confirmation before arrival.
- Required records listed include amyloid PET for Alzheimer’s, neurologist report, recent blood work, and additional medical history.
- Cubamed/CIREN describes an in-Cuba assessment week followed by a **28-day** multifactorial treatment/rehabilitation cycle.
- The Cuban CECMED label/search snippet and trial materials describe medical-supervision requirements and intranasal dosing, not a simple direct-to-consumer subscription.

## Can you subscribe from another country?

- I did **not** find a verified legal subscription/mail-order route where a Canadian or U.S. patient can simply subscribe online and have NeuralCIM shipped directly from Cuba.
- The public commercial route is medical tourism / clinic evaluation in Cuba.
- Some public commentary says patients may return with a longer supply after being evaluated/prescribed in Cuba, but that is not the same as a regulated subscription service.
- For Canadians, Health Canada’s personal-import guidance is a separate legal/safety issue. Personal imports are limited and depend on whether the product is a prescription drug, packaging, quantity, who is importing, and border discretion. Because NeuralCIM does not appear Health Canada-approved, a Canadian family should not rely on website marketing alone; they should confirm with Health Canada/CBSA and their physician before attempting importation.

## Practical cost questions to ask before sending money

1. Is the quoted price only for coordination, or does it include the drug, Cuban physician evaluation, clinic fees, lab work, cognitive testing, lodging, meals, transfers, translation and follow-up?
2. How many doses/bottles are included and for how many weeks/months?
3. Is the plan induction-only, 48 weeks, or ongoing/lifelong maintenance?
4. Is a caregiver trained for home dosing after first administration?
5. Is there cold-chain storage/shipping requirement? The CECMED snippet indicates storage at 2–8°C and no freezing.
6. What written prescription/export/import paperwork is provided?
7. What happens if the patient is not accepted after review? Are coordination/travel deposits refundable?
8. Is the entity taking payment the clinic, CIM, Cuban medical-services agency, or a third-party coordinator?
