Summary: no verified EMA/BfArM authorisation found for NeuralCIM for Alzheimer’s; German rules generally prohibit bringing/importing unauthorised medicines, but allow travel-necessities personal carriage up to about three months and pharmacy individual import under §73(3) AMG when conditions are met.
