Public Safety Canada, European Commission, Charter text, Guardian article, Canadian Press/CityNews article, NRCan price table and Statistics Canada release were retrieved directly. CBC article text was recovered through the web extraction tool; a subsequent direct local HTTP request timed out. The Statistics Canada web-extractor request returned a generic technical-difficulties page, but direct HTTP retrieval from the www150 URL recovered the actual release. NRCan latest returned observation was September 17, not a September 21 pump quote. The evidence ledger separates supported preparedness guidance, reported public events, unverified allegations and personal forecasts. No public source reviewed establishes the alleged family-threat explanation or a plan to end Canadian voting in 2030. This is a statement about the evidence reviewed, not proof that all future disruptions are impossible.
