- Automatic transcript from the NoComment/X copy includes: “15,000 Kinder sind tot” and “15,000 children are dead … and all you do is laugh.”
- The Blindspot News Instagram/YouTube version is a 2026 repost using the stronger overlay “And You’re Smiling?” and a broader commentary caption about EU/NATO/foreign policy.

## Gaza child-casualty context checked
- UN/UNISPAL mirror of a UNICEF “A year of tears” report says that by October 2024 at least 14,000 children in Gaza had reportedly been killed, with thousands likely under rubble.
