Health Canada vaccine side-effect reporting link: archived pages support the core claim
A screenshot of an X post claimed Health Canada removed a consumer vaccine side-effect reporting link just before the COVID-19 vaccine rollout and restored it after mandates ended. The archive record supports the core webpage timeline. It does not, by itself, prove motive.

Public-health context
Canada’s vaccine-safety monitoring uses both PHAC’s CAEFISS system and Health Canada’s Canada Vigilance Program. Official pages say vaccine recipients, health-care providers, public-health authorities and manufacturers can be part of the reporting chain. They also warn that adverse-event reports are signal data: an event after vaccination is not automatically proof that the vaccine caused it.
Bottom line
The screenshot’s basic webpage-history claim checks out: the consumer page changed at the exact period identified, and the direct Health Canada option was later restored. The careful article should stop there unless an ATIP response, internal memo, or official answer proves who ordered the change and why.
