Carney’s “Git Trump” team? LeBlanc, the Privy Council, Maya Johnson and the sovereignty frame

The Promethean Action Reel argues that Carney’s team shows a pattern: a Canada-U.S. trade minister who also heads the King’s Privy Council, a new PMO operating role allegedly linked to U.S. Democratic politics, and a Governor General with international-law roots. PBC’s job is to turn that into a record framework: what is verified, what is a reported lead, and what still needs documents.

Source boundary: The Reel’s headline is “Carney’s Team: Globalists Targeting Trump?” The question mark matters. PBC verifies the portfolio structure and preserves the claim, but does not state a coordinated anti-Trump operation as proven.

Story pictures / frame evidence

Frame contact sheet from Promethean Action Carney Reel
Frame sheet from the captured Reel: the visible graphic names Dominic LeBlanc under “Carney’s Cabinet” and lists Minister of Trade / President of the King’s Privy Council.

The verified core

Dominic LeBlanc

Verified by PM and Parliament pages: President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada and minister responsible for Canada-U.S. Trade, Intergovernmental Affairs, Internal Trade and One Canadian Economy.

Canada-U.S. trade

Canada’s own Canada-U.S. relations page says trade and investment support millions of jobs, nearly $3.6B in goods/services crossed daily in 2024, and CUSMA anchors the relationship.

The Crown/Privy Council

The title is real, but the title alone does not prove an anti-Trump or anti-Canadian agenda. It does justify explaining Crown, cabinet and Privy Council machinery to readers.

Maya Johnson

The Reel says Johnson is an American, a first PMO chief operating officer, and tied to Clinton/Bloomberg operations. In this pass, PBC labels that as a Toronto Sun/Reel lead pending primary documents.

Claim table

LeBlanc handles Canada-U.S. trade and heads the King’s Privy Council.Verified by PM cabinet page, Canada.ca minister page and Parliament profile.
The combined trade/Privy Council title matters.Fair framework question: it combines U.S. trade, intergovernmental/internal trade and a Crown-linked cabinet role.
Maya Johnson is an anti-Trump Democratic operative in PMO.Reported/Reel lead only in this pass. Needs official PMO announcement, biography or archived Toronto Sun source before stronger wording.
Louise Arbour as Governor General sharpens an international-law/Crown frame.GG site header visible in browser supports the Arbour/GG office point. Her UN/ICC background should be sourced in a follow-up profile before drawing conclusions.
The team is “pointed at Donald Trump.”Not proven. It is the Reel’s interpretation. PBC frames it as records wanted around U.S. trade, Trump tariff response, PMO staffing and Crown/constitutional offices.

Build-out framework

  1. Cabinet map: LeBlanc, Canada-U.S. trade, internal trade, One Canadian Economy, Privy Council.
  2. PMO staffing: verify Maya Johnson role, employment channel, nationality/citizenship relevance if any, prior campaign/employer history.
  3. Trump tariff timeline: tariff announcement, Carney response, LeBlanc statements, CUSMA review, countermeasures.
  4. Climate-finance network: Carney’s UN climate envoy/GFANZ/Brookfield path and whether staff/advisers overlap.
  5. Crown/international-law layer: Governor General, Privy Council, Arbour’s UN/ICC record, Jack Smith/ICC references — all as source trails, not conclusions.

Transcript excerpt

[0.00-4.32] Let's start with Mark Carney's reaction to the 50% tariff announcement.
[4.32-9.68] Carney declared Trump's actions as threats to Canadian sovereignty.
[9.68-13.76] But a government selling itself as a defender of national sovereignty
[13.76-18.00] has staffed its operation with a very particular kind of person.
[18.00-22.80] Let's take Dominic Leblanc, the minister for Canada U.S. trade,
[22.80-26.80] but Leblanc holds a second title the president of King Charles,
[26.80-29.36] Privy Council. Let that sink in.
[29.36-32.72] The man handling the trade portfolio also sits
[32.72-35.76] at the head of the King's Privy Council in Canada.
[35.76-41.04] And let's not forget that King Charles is the official sovereign in Canada.
[41.04-45.12] Then look at who Carney just installed to run his own office.
[45.12-51.12] Her name is Maya Johnson and Canada has never had a chief operating officer inside
[51.12-54.48] the Prime Minister's office before. So who is she?
[54.48-57.20] She's an American and a Democrat operative.
[57.20-63.36] According to the Toronto Sun, she worked with Clinton's 2016 campaign against Donald Trump.
[63.36-67.60] And in 2020 she worked for Michael Bloomberg's political operation,
[67.60-72.64] which was built to power Bloomberg's own short-lived challenge to Trump.
[72.64-76.88] And her relationship with Carney goes back to the green climate finance
[76.88-81.76] architecture that Carney was building when he was the UN's climate envoy.
[82.40-86.00] So when Carney wanted to staff his office with a new position,
[86.00-90.32] he turned to an American Maya Johnson, not Canadian talent,
[90.32-93.60] but global as talent, reaching way back.
[93.60-96.72] Now, one more recent appointment sharpens this picture.
[97.36-101.20] The King's representative in Canada is the governor general,
[101.20-105.04] the constitutional officer who stands in for the crown itself.
[105.76-109.92] And Canada got a new one in May. Her name is Louise Arbor.
[109.92-110.96] Where did she come from?
[111.60-117.20] Her career was built inside the United Nations International Legal Apparatus.
[117.84-123.28] And from there, she encouraged the creation of the International Criminal Court,
[123.28-129.68] the Soros-funded apparatus that was just announced by Secretary of State Marco Rubio
[129.68-132.96] in a special message to the American people last week.
[132.96-136.96] So the new governor general, the King's representative Louise Arbor,
[136.96-140.40] comes out of the very international legal architecture
[140.40-144.64] that the Secretary of State Warns is a threat to our sovereignty.
[144.64-146.56] And here's another quick reminder.
[146.56-151.52] Jack Smith, the special counsel deployed against President Trump in his first term,
[151.52-154.32] also came out of that same ICC.
[154.32-157.52] So look at the team around Carney, a trade minister,
[158.40-162.56] also heads King Charles Privy Council, a governor general,
[162.56-166.64] again reporting to the crown, who comes out of the global as legal machinery,
[167.04-171.76] and an American managing the Prime Minister's office tied directly to the Clintons and Michael
[171.76-177.76] Bloomberg. That's not a coincidence, that's a pattern, and it's pointed at Donald Trump.
