UK COVID “biological weapon” crime-reference Reel: what is proven and what is not
What the Reel shows
The public Instagram caption from tanit.records names Royal Marine Commando Steve/Stevie James Forsyth and points viewers to @vince_7027. The sampled video frames repeatedly show the edited overlay: “CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER FOR COVID 19 BIOLOGICAL WEAPON 2600047716.”
The video was visible in browser, but Instagram blocked clean MP4 download through yt-dlp. PBC preserved metadata, frame notes and browser screenshots rather than pretending to have a full official transcript.
What is not proven
The caption’s strongest language — “55 million people murdered,” “biological weapon,” and “genocide” — is treated as advocacy/allegation. In this check, PBC did not find an official UK indictment, prosecution, court judgment or police conclusion proving those claims.
Official-source context
UK official sources do acknowledge vaccine-safety monitoring and injury/damage processes. MHRA’s Yellow Card summary says anyone can report suspected vaccine side effects, but also warns that Yellow Card reports are not automatically proven vaccine-caused events. GOV.UK’s Vaccine Damage Payment page says a one-off payment route exists for severe disability as a result of certain vaccinations and that legal action remains possible.
