Hoffe, Henry and Naus: the vaccine-safety reporting dispute and the records still wanted
A viral Instagram Reel says Dr. Charles Hoffe was told to remain silent and that his vaccine-safety reports were censored. PBC checked who is named, who the “lady above Bonnie Henry” likely is, and which records are still needed.
Records-wanted rule: PBC is asking for documents, logs, correspondence and source material. This is not a call for harassment, threats, doxxing or vigilante action.
Short answer
The people at the centre are Dr. Charles Hoffe, Dr. Bonnie Henry and — likely/source-trail based — Dr. Monika Naus. Hoffe is the B.C. doctor in the clip. Henry was the B.C. public-health officer he says he wrote to. Naus is the B.C. immunization/vaccine-safety specialist the source trail says the matter was referred to.
The real accountability issue is whether serious/unexpected AEFI reports were properly received, reviewed and forwarded. The unsupported leap is treating the Instagram caption as proof of criminal censorship without the underlying forms and correspondence.

Update: Facebook “1 of 4” FOI post on what Bonnie Henry knew
Short answer: the Facebook post points to a real B.C. Open Information response package, and several email kernels are real. But the post’s wording overstates key points: the Jan. 17 death email does not prove vaccine causation or “first death in B.C.;” AEFI counts are surveillance reports, not automatic causality; and the “mitigate the damage” quote does not match the OCR’d FOI pages found.
