Supported as campaign context. Reporting from BBC/AP/Reuters and Iceland’s own referendum background identified fisheries, natural resources, national control and rural concerns as central issues.

Not established. It is poster rhetoric unless a direct von der Leyen statement or Commission reaction is produced.
